Proximity Memory Full? GPSMap 60Cx

I'm loading up some Routes that have associated Way Points. Each Way Point has a Proximity Distance of 1.0 miles. After loading the Route, I go into the unit and associate the Way Point with a Route. I have 12 Way Points loaded which are associated with 3 Routes.

Is there a way to resolve the error?

I have quite a few more Routes and Way Points to load.

As I recall the 60Cx can only have 10 proximity waypoints.

You get alerts at "turns" (if you have those enabled) and waypoints (I think) if they're part of a route you're navigating. If you're NOT navigating you don't get any alert unless it's a proximity waypoint.

You should see that when you simulate routes.

MENU, MENU -> Setup -> Routing -> Next Turn Pop-up = On

As for Waypoint (in the active route) alerts I THINK you get those. You'll have to try it. I don't think there's any setting to turn them on/off.
