When the storage is local on my Fenix (ie the Fenix is connected and data being viewed in on the Fenix) the heart rate information shows up fine.
However, when the data is transferred to cloud storage the heart rate data does not show up.
As in the above thread others have also noticed this apparent bug.

It seems to be bug / limitation in the "Cloud storage" feature. I have a few tracks in "My Collection" with heart rate data. If I copy them to cloud storage, then restart Basecamp, then the heart rate data doesn't show for the tracks in cloud storage.
Probably worth reporting this in the Basecamp section of the forum.
