Using BaseCamp and BirdsEye Select.

Hi
When i try to download the area for BirdsEye select imaging on BaseCamp Im prompted for Mygarmin login details wich I enter correctly, then there's a small popup telling me invalid user name/pasword.
I would be greatfull for any help on this matter

Hi,
I have read on a french forum that for this opération you should use your original ID not your email ID... But when I am using BaseCamp to download BirdsEye Select, I am not requested to sign in, I just plug-in the GPS with the BirdsEye crédit, and that should be enough to proceed.

Yes I said "should" because currently I have a bug, I see my crédit for 1500km2 in My Maps well link to my Oregon 650, but, in BaseCamp my crédit is 0 km2. The support is searching.... If you have similar expérience please advice.

I received a brand new Oregon 650 the problem is the same no relation between crédit in mygarmin and credit in BaseCamp.
Is there somebody there using birdseye select with an oregon 650?

I have a similar problem. Using Basecamp I can log in and see my credits but when I try to download data there is a popup into which I enter the same login and password details but it rejects them. Any ideas?

This seems like an account issue, so I suggest you contact Garmin Product Support.
