You should be able to download the installer from http://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=4435 or update from within BaseCamp.

    I am having trouble to reproduce this. I created a new route with 3 points. Then clicked the Insert tool, then clicked between points 2 and 3 to insert a new point. The band is shown for both ends.


    If you zoom out more, do you still only see 'overzoom'?

    Sorry for reacting so late, I have been away for a holiday :-)
    I had a laptop with me on which the zoom and rubber band problems did not occur.
    Just found out that on my desktop I had selected "View only 3D map".... Selecting "View only 2D map" 'resolve' the problems..

    The really nasty behaviour reported in de pdf file remains, also in 4.2.2
