Version 4.1.2 Track Notes not displaying properly

I have some tracks that I created before upgrading to version 4.1.2. Before upgrading if I clicked on the Notes tab on my tracks I had some multi-line text with lines separated by carriage returns. After upgrading to the new version my notes are shown as one long line with squares where the carriage returns are supposed to be. Is there something I can do to correct this without manually editing all of my notes?

I have been trying to reproduce this issue. Can you provide me with a file that you have where your line returns are in the state that you describe? You can attach it to the forum.

I'll be happy to if I can. I have two tracks remaining in this state. What would I do? Export the tracks and attach the files to a reply?

Yeah. Export as gpx and attach here.

The notes are properly formatted here; in the Windows and the Mac version of BaseCamp. I'm using version 4.2.2 however; you say that you are using 4.1.2. Maybe that's the problem?
I can't find anything in the recent change logs of BaseCamp regarding that subject though.

They look fine for me as well.

What happens if you delete the tracks and then re-import those files into BaseCamp? Do they display properly then?
