Tracks and Routes not appearing on Edge

I have been creating in Basecamp Routes following roads and Tracks for off road adventures I am planning in the Alps but having difficulties seeing them on my Edge 800. Some have appeared as .fit files in the Internal Storage Courses folder when you look via windows explorer but they dont appear in Basecamp under devices Internal Storage but these are visible on the Edge under Courses. It appears that if send 10 files to the Edge a random 2 or 3 appear if I am lucky. However in windows explorer the SD card has no files in the courses folder but in Basecamp under Devices/User Data there are all the tracks and routes I want that Ive created and rides that I have saved.
Can someone please explain where I am going wrong?

I have a similar Problem on Edge 810
I can transfer routes, tracks and waypoints from Basecamp to the device's internal storage, they are visible in that folder in Basecamp. They appear normaly on the device as courses (routes and tracks) and locations (waypoints). But if I reconnect the device with USB, I can't see the routes and tracks (courses) in Basecamp. The Edge 810 Internal Storage Folder shows only the waypoints.

Whats wrong?

Edge 810, Firmware Version 2.6
Basecamp 4.1.2

Also having trouble with this. Unable to send Courses or tracks to Edge 800. Have exported them as GPX then saved to new files in 'New Files' on edge 800 but that didn't work either.

known problem, since the edge800 is on the market.
Garmin seems to be unable to solve this error!

Is that the same problem? Because if it is it has been addressed.
