I am not familiar with Apple TV, but you could just hook up your computer to the TV via HDMI (or whatever cable your computer/TV support) and play it that way.
To import it to iTunes I believe you'd have to record the adventure playback as a video. You would need 3rd party software for that. (Fraps could work, but it's not free. There might be others.)
