Base camp does not recognize sd card.

My base camp does not recognize the sd card installed im my nuvi 3460. Therefore, I cannot have access to my aditional map. Any ideas?

Does it see the card but not the maps or simply not see the card at all? If it sees the card but not the maps which 'additional maps' do you have installed on the card?

Is your sdcard formatted correctly. Use FAT32...the defacto file system structure used by Garmin. Oddly enuff, NTFS won't cut it. Get with the program Garmin....
