Basecamp rookie; Navogator Map doesn't show in toolbars???

2 hours and I still can't do sh!t with this software.

going thru video tutorials and it seems I should be seeing the "City NAvigator 2012.1" map in a window immediately to the right of the "Motorcycling" window.

According to the software the Navigator is unlocked but the program doesn't seem to be loading it.

any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

If the map product toolbar is missing, it can be turned on via the View menu>Toolbars>Map Products.

Or you can click on the "Maps" menu, then Map Product. That should list all of the maps you have installed.
