Basecamp loads up fine and I have usability of all functions. Once the Garmin is connected and the maps appear my maps become available, but once I click anywhere on the map the images freezes, then greys out with a blue outline. Picture should show it below.
I originally had Western Europe Maps and upgraded to include Eastern Europe as well. In the map options it's called city Navigator Europe NT/NTU 2013.4.
A lot of urgent help needed.
