Yes. You can create a "trip log" (aka "track") on your 1450, transfer that to BaseCamp, create a route from it, and transfer that route back to your 1450.
You can use the standard "trip log" provided by the 13xx/14xx models or use the track log hack to get a more detailed track (what I use).
