Can't see waypoints when using basestation

Sorry if this has been asked before.

I have a garmin alpha and use basestation mode with basecamp which works ok but I can't seem to see any of my saved waypoints when using basestation mode which is pretty pointless.

Does anyone know how to put your saved waypoints so they show up in basestation mode?

This won't work in BaseStation mode, unfortunately.

In BaseCamp 4.2 we will however pull in BirdsEye (and Custom Maps) from your collection into BaseStation mode (as long as it's unlocked for the device).

Thank you for the reply, but isn't that retarded?

what's the point of basestation if you can't see where your heading to or if your dogs are running over to something you have marked as a waypoint?

I thought this would be a given and have installed a laptop in my car with 12" touch screen.

Well, I wouldn't use such strong language, but I agree that this limitation is somewhat unfortunate.

It's mostly for technical reasons that this works the way it does. Maybe we can change that in a future version.
