I'm reposting here as I got underwhelming reponse to previous post.
I have re-edited and and put myself at your merices again.

1) I have new oregon 450, computer is pc with windows 7, 64 bit.
2) I have been able to load one map and multiple routes to Basecamp.
3) I have been able to send the map and one route from Basecamp to the Oregon.
4) I determined there are 600 MB more of internal memory which should be enough for more routes. Despite this I have been unable to send more routes either by Send nor drag drop.
5) Wondering if the problem was memory, I purchased, formatted as FAT32, and installed an 8 GB micro sd card. Both the PC and Basecamp show the device, the card, and a user data file on the card. I have tried dragging and sending to the card, but I still can't download any more routes to internal memory or card. Any ideas, thanks.

    When you say you've been able to 'load one map and multiple routes to Basecamp' how did you do that?

    When you send more routes to your Oregon what happens? Is the original route retained on your Oregon or is it overwritten?

    What do you see in the GPX folder on your Oregon, both before and after sending routes?

    Have you emptied the trash folder on your Mac? That can cause problems so I understand (I'm not a mac user)

    Hello Riley,

    The sending process is different than sending files to your computer.
    You must select all the routes and send them all at one time.
    When you do that all the existing routes in the 450 will be erased and replaced with the new selection.
    That is why you could only send 1 route.
    Each time you picked a route and sent it the previous route was erased.

    I thought that could be the OPs problem but he does say unable to send any more routes, not that the one he'd originally sent was overwritten :confused:

    As an aside, on the new Etrex range sending additional routes doesn't overwrite previous ones, so that problem at least seems to have been recognised by Garmin :)
