How to Copy and Paste Basecamp Map to email?

You can't copy a map. You can do a standard Windows screen capture with Alt-PrntScr or Shift-PrntScr and paste that into an email or image editor etc.

Thanks for the Info. I'm using a MAC but you've given me a clue to investigate. Maybe there's a similar Screen Save function on the MAC. Will search and report back.

Well you posted in the Windows BaseCamp forum. I think the link in my reply mentions the Mac keystrokes.

To capture the entire desktop, press Command-Shift-3
To capture a portion of the desktop, press Command-Shift-4

There's a Mac program called "Grab". It is available on all Macs, you'll find it in the Utilities folder inside the Applications folder. Choose one of the options from the Capture menu. But it can only save files in TIFF format.

Preview can also do the same things but can save the file in a variety of different formats. It is also available on every Mac, in the Applications folder. Use File > Take Screenshot and choose an option.
