basecamp birdseye

Trying to download 600 sq km birdseye through basecamp for etrex 30. Everything ok until download which asks for user and password. When entered it states incorrect user or password. I know there correct because I can log into my garmin.it is doing my head in.can anyone suggest what the problem is.

Did you check the balance of sq km you have left? It is stated one/a few pages before the login page. Maybe also your credit expired.
When did you buy birdseye?

I have done that and credit does not expire till may.

I also purchased a 600 X 600km tile from birdseye select, download is valid until may 2014, however once I have selected the area I require and select download a pop up box appears with a invalid username or password message. Its so frustrating as I have tried so many times to select the area and download all to no avail. Does anyone have a solution to this issue?

User names and passwords are CaSe SeNsItIvE.
