Incompatibility Samsung Kies and Basecamp

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced USB driver incompatibilities between Samsung Kies (currently at version 2.5.3.13033_7) and Basecamp/Mapsource on Windows 7/64 bit. I'm finding that after installing Kies, Basecamp/Mapsource no longer recognizes my GPS device. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Tablet.

I have Samsung Kies PC Sync 2.5.1.12123_2 loaded on two machines (WinXP SP3 & Win7 x64 SP1) and don't have any issues with the Garmin USB drivers (required for my 76CSx).

Feb 8th 2013 but I've had (previous) versions loaded since Oct 2012.

Just tried WinXP SP3 and Win7 X64 SP1 and my 76CSx is recognized by both (MapSource).

OK, I'm stumped. I just know that when I de-installed Kies, Mapsource and Basecamp started working again and when I re-installed it they stopped.
