I have installed BirdsEye Imagery on numerous Astro 320 devices for different people. I register the device then activate the new subscription. Now I have an Astro 320 that the BE subscription has expired. I purchases a new subscription but cannot find a way to activate it on this device. I only see the devices I registered and no way to add this one. When I go to MyDashboard, it detects the Astro 320 and shows that it is registered, but no way to activate the subscription from there either.
How do I get a new BE subscription activated on a device that is already registered (by someone else)?
