Used Streetpilot 2720 ??????

This may be the wrong place to post, but I could not find a better place.
I am using BC 4.1.2

I have had a 2720 for a number of years. I love it. So I purchased a used StreetPilot 2720 from eBay. I have attempted to set the two unit up the same. CNNANT 2012.40 and Software version 7.2

Unit "A" when viewing maps has a green "header" with the next turn at the top of the screen.
Unit "B" when viewing maps has a BLUE header and the next turn is on the right side of the screen.

Any suggestions or which forum to look at.

Sounds like one is set to a US locale and the other to a UK, or other European, locale. Which do you prefer? Green is US, blue is UK/Europe. Hard reset the one you don't like and choose the appropriate locale.

I think you are correct because when I receive the unit, the speech was "British". How to hard reset ??????? . . :confused:

Try Settings>Restore Defaults>Yes.

If that doesn't do it power up while holding the "Find" key then select Yes

To reset the language only
menu>settings>general>language>voice language> American English (or whatever you want)
