Basecamp won't open when i Downloaded it. I am running Google Chrome. When i hit the icon on the bottom, command prompt comes up, and that's all. finally command prompt goes away and it just stays the same. HELP?
I am not sure I understand what is going on. I apologize if what I will write now sounds obvious, I'd just like to make sure we've covered all the basics.
