4.1.1 find toolbar discombobulated?

In whatever previous version I had (I keep the thing up to date; perhaps a mistake?) there was a find tool bar up at the top of the map where I could specify 'find a city near the center of view'. That sort of thing sure was handy!! Now in version 4.1.1 that toolbar seems to have devolved into the glob of mess at the right side of the screen, which doesn't seem to function at least in any repeatably understandable way. Is the previous version Find_Toolbar now gone? Or am I just too dumb to figure out how to turn it back on. If the user-friendly and easily comprehended toolbar is gone, are there any detailed instructions on how to use the 'new improved' find? The online info is far from clear.
  • The new Find has cities under POIs ... no idea why and it's been raised here before so hopefully it will have its own category sometime soon.

IF you have the same map on your nuvi as Basecamp and IF you have your avoidances/routing options set the same on your nuvi as on Basecamp then the routes should match. I can't think of any occasion when mine didn't.

By default, we will still search near the center of the view.

If you want to search in a city not near the center of view, try typing a comma and then the city name, e.g. "Starbucks, Seattle, WA".

You still can get the cities listed. Hit the little gear icon in the new find panel, and then start typing the city name in the "Location" text box.
