In Basecamp 4.1.1 the toolbars are all over the place every time I open Basecamp, when I try to tidy them up they jump all over the place often stacking 3 or 4 deep at random.

I was having a similar issue, but I probably don't have as many active as you do. Still, it reverts every time I re-open.
