Creating routes to send to NUVI 2555

Hello:

To begin with, please forgive me if this has been answered elsewhere, but I did try to look around before posting.

Background:

I use Route Savvy to create delivery routes for my food business. I take my delivery info from an excel spreadsheet, upload it to Route Savvy, then once I have played around with the order of the stops and so forth, I can export it as a GPX file.

I was looking for a better way to import this data directly into my NUVI 2555, instead of inputting one by one manually from a printed worksheet.

I do this on either a Windows Vista PC at work, or sometimes on a MAC 10.6 at home. I have downloaded Base Camp into both.

I have managed to import the GPX file into Base camp, seen the waypoints in the "My Collections" area and been able to "Select All" and right click to "Create Route".

I have also managed to then scroll to the bottom of "My Collections" and have exported the Route into my NUVI. So far so good.

The question I have is as follows.

Each Waypoint is listed as, for example,

001: Company (Starting Point)
002: Jane Doe
003: John Johnson
004: Inigo Montoya

and so on. I decided to run a little test run to see how things worked in real life and found that when I got to Stop 002: Jane Doe, the NUVI announces "You have arrived at 002". What I want to know is how can I re-name each stop so that it announces instead: You have arrived at "1777 Main St." instead of "you have arrived at 002" or "You have arrived at Inigo Montoya" (besides which I did not keel hees father so I will not preepare to die :D), without having to manually go in and type everything in Base Camp, which sort of defeats the purpose. There are times when I have 3 vehicles each delivering up to 30 stops, so it does matter!

The reason I ask is that many times when you arrive at the destination you are not exactly in front of it. It could be behind you, or just ahead. The thing is, when the NUVI decides it has arrived, it then sends you on to the next stop even though you may not have actually arrived at the exact right place you were originally heading to.

I am not exactly married to Route Savvy, but it is easy to import the EXCEL spreadsheets my website spits out, and does so with little hassle. IF there is some other product I should try to make Base Camp work as I want it to I'm all ears!

Thanks in advance for any suggestions, and again, pardon me if this has been answered elsewhere!
