I installed the latest update to BaseCamp 4.1 last night and now it will not execute. I get the message "The application failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail".
I have tried to email Garmin support (after logging in to the Garmin website successfully). If I select "email" it asks me to log in again and then tells me I have an invalid ID. HELP!!! Does any body know how to get BaseCamp running again or where the event log may be located and what it is named?
