All Tracks are not being shown on BaseCamp Map

I have 123 tracks and only a handfull of them are shown on BaseCamp map. MapSource shows all of these tracks with no problem.

Here is a pic that shows tracks W30 & W30a which should be shown on the map. They start at Waypoint W30 and W30a
West Main 22 which is the dark grey running through W30 & W31 shows up and also track W31 which goes left from W31 waypoint also show up.

Is there away to see all the tracks on BaseCamp map?

The tracks appear to be present in your jpg, however, the track color looks to be white, which makes it very difficult to see on the map. You can verify this by selecting one of the routes in the lower left pane (you should now see the track points). Double clicking on the track name in the lower left pane will open the track properties window where you see/set the track color in the upper right corner.

If this is the case, I would try this first:
1 delete your tracks from basecamp
2 open your track (gdb?) file in MapSource and verify that you can see all the tracks, select all the tracks and use the copy command
3 create an empty list in BaseCamp, select the list and paste

Easier to simply select all the tracks, then right click and select Open. That should bring up the properties box and allow you to change the colour to something that does show up.
