I have just installed the CNNANT 2013.3 map set update onto both my desktop and laptop. the maps are unlocked on both, the find function on the laptop works find, I see all of the sub-categories, but on my desktop the only subcategory that I can search is "Transportation" none of the other categories show up in the drop down list. I have tried repairing, un-installing and re-installing, with out being able to get the find function working properly. Any one have any suggestions as to what is wrong?
Is the map unlocked? You can check the status under Utilities, Map Product Manager.
If it is unlocked, maybe try to delete BaseCamp's cached files. They should be at C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Local\Garmin\BaseCamp (on Windows Vista and above).
You might want to check that your CNNA is the selected map and not Global Map.
Yes I have selected the CNNANT 2013.3 update map product, the find features work fine when I select the older CNNANT 2013.1 map product that is still installed on my desktop computer, the find actually does work I just can not limit it to specific catagories as they don't appear in the drop down list!

Yes the maps are unlocked!
I cleared the contents of the "ProductDataCache" folder, restarted the program and after about a 60 second delay, the search categories are now back !!!!
