According to the announcement for 4.0.4, the previous problem with the layout of the window panes changing when BC is closed & re-opened was fixed: "Fixed an issue with remembering the layout of the data and map panels."
I'm now on 4.0.5. I notice that every once in a while I need to increase the size of the data pane back to what I like, about 1/3 folders and 2/3 data. Finally investigating this, I see it is subtle, but every time I close BC and then re-open it later, the pane boundary has moved very slightly lower. I never notice this when only doing it once, but if as a test I repeat the close/open cycle multiple times, I see that the data pane gets smaller and smaller each cycle until it is very small.
Is this on the fix list?
