can't Sign In to myGarmin through BaseCamp

Try using both the email and the user name for the login. If neither work, please let me know.

Hi I'm new to Basecamp and am able to sign in to my account but not through Basecamp Program.

I have the same advice as before. Please try both your username and your email as the login. Please report back which one worked (or if neither worked), then I'll forward this on to the IT wizards. Hopefully this can be fixed.

Also have a problem with signing in. I have the same account name as e-mail address which was suggested by garmin when the account was created.
So I created a new account which has a different account name and e-mail address:
E-mail address + correct password = The username or password you entered is incorrect
Account name + correct password = Application hangs (Same issue as with the account which has the same account name and e-mail address)

I asked some of the server guys for help on this, hopefully they can sort it out. What is the account name or email of the second account you created?

I hate garmin first of all....I cant conncet throught my garmin account to upload my data there is no upload button...when ı change my password garmin connect doesnt sees that etc etc...stupid ıtems...ı can enter to mygarmin account with my email and passwpord but cant login to garmin connect what is that ???????????????

I have just bought the fenix GPS, I cannot sign into the PC driven basecamp - I can sign into the iphone app, and the this site, I wish to purchase maps is there another way I can down load these or buy them on a disc ? also will I be able to transfer these maps (topo) onto my Iphone ? or do I have to buy them again ?

1. How can I sign into PC basecamp
2. How can I buy topo maps for PC
3. Can I transfer them to Iphone or do I have to buy them again ?

I can't Sign In to myGarmin through BaseCamp. I have no problem signing in on the Garmin website.

I have the same issue. I can log in to the website but not basecamp on my windows pc.
