Basecamp won't let me signin??

Hi all

Trying to login to Mygarmin account via basecamp and it says details invalid, however when I login via the web my details work. Anyone got any ideas?

i have the same troubleshooting...i will wait here for an answer from Garming instead open another thread.

How are you trying to log in? Are you using an email address or your account name? Is this forum user ID the same as you used in BaseCamp?

Definitely try using your forum username when logging in.
