Downloading maps from Basecamp to my Oregon 450 GPS

I am unfamiliar with basecamp and I'm trying to download Louisiana Topo mapping from Basecamp to my Oregon 450 GPS. How can I do this? The top mapping is in Basecamp already.

I'm sorry for posted in three different areas but i just wanted to make sure i woul get an answer. I thought the first post I made that was in GPS Connect was the wrong place. Sorry.
