I'm trying to clean up waypoints in my Nuvi 2595. Having transferred all I want to keep to BC lists, I deleted all waypoints (saved places in nuvi-lingo), tracks (where I've been logs), and routes (trips) by way of the Nuvi menus. However, when I connect it back to BC, there's still a dozen or more that display in BC when I select the Internal storage. Strangely, their symbols are all a small black dot, which is quite interesting because before I deleted everything, everything appeared in BC with blue flags. If I disconnect Nuvi again, it still says there are no saved places (which is what I want).
How should I make these go away from BC's display of the Nuvi internal storage for good?
ETA: I believe these waypoints that BC is showing MAY have been sent to Nuvi via maps.google.com/GarminCommunicator, but I'm not certain.
