can I move the birdseye images to another drive and still use them in basecamp.. (C drive is filling up with the images and the downloaded encrypted images as well (why are we forced to keep two versions on C drive???))
I tried to do this as I have before with my map updates.. which worked okay..
(eg: rename original folder - copy it to another drive - put a shortcut link in the location where the app looks for the original folder with the images in, directing it to the folder of the same name in a different drive)
BUT this did not work for the birdseye images.. and now when I have put everything back (delete the new shortcut link and rename the original folder back to its original name) basecamp does not 'see' the birdseye images anymore...???
any ideas anyone??
