Can Custom Avoidances be set in Base Camp?

Hello,

Can custom avoidances be set in Bese Camp - area avoidance or road avoidance? There is such setting in MapSource under Edit -> Preferences -> Routing -> Advance but I couldn't find such in Base Camp.

Make sure activity profiles are showing (View -> Toolbars -> Activity Profiles

Click on Activity Profiles Toolbar and select Edit Activity Profiles...

Select which profile you want to customize from the drop down menu

Select Routing Tab and select the appropriate avoidances

I think the OP was asking about custom avoidances such as avoiding a particular stretch of road or a specific area. I don't know if that's possible in BC but you can in Mapsource. If it is in BC I can't find it. Maybe FALAGAR will stop by with a better answer.

Thank you Kenny! :) Unfortunately, no custom avoidances in BC as in MS as I wrote above. Maybe you would understand better if you read that thread:

DIMITARDIMOV is right, Mapsource had a really great advanced area/road avoidance settings that are, I'm sorry to say, just not in BC. Hopefully in a future release.

2 years later and still no custom area/road avoidances settings in BC. I am really missing it :(

I've never seen the need for this but it seems more and more devices can use them, see here https://support.garmin.com/support/searchSupport/case.faces?caseId=%7B0f37d3e0-5440-11dd-f529-000000000000%7D, so I guess there is a demand. I guess it would make sense for BC to do so also provided they could be sent to the relevant devices.
