Waypoints on nuvi 2555LMT not Updating

When I use Send To.. to send an updated waypoint from BaseCamp to the 2555, and that waypoint all ready exists on the 2555, the waypoint does not update on the GPS. I'll disconnect the GPS from the PC and the new detail info (address/phone number) isn't there.

I've tried dragging it from one collection to the Internal Storage collection on the GPS but it still does not update.

I've rebooted the GPS after unplugging it and still no updates.

Suggestions? Using BaseCamp 3.3.3.

Is there an import feature on that GPS?

Other than that, I don't know why this wouldn't work.

Anyone else that has this device (or something similar) that could comment if that works?

That certainly is cumbersome and not the way it should be.

I'll have to see if I can find an actual 2555 to play around with to see if I can reproduce this issue.

One thing I would like you to try is to put your device in Mass Storage mode and see if this fixes the issue.

To do that (on your device):

1) In the 'Where To?' window press 'Volume'
2) Press the upper right corner of the screen until you get an auxiliary menu.
3) Scroll to and press 'MTP Settings'.
4) Change from 'MTP Auto Detect' to 'Mass Storage'.
5) Press 'Save'.
