Base Camp Problem : Transferring of Data

There seems to be a problem with my Base Camp. When I try to transfer data from my 2 GPS devices (62st and Nuvi 2455) the transfer never completes.

I phone Garmin and told me to delete the Registry Software Key, to unstall and install Basecamp, return both devices to factory defaults but all of this did not solve my problem.

I appreciate any help on this matter.

Please replace the waypoints.gpx file on your device with the one attached to this post.

Make sure to create a backup before, just in case.

The reason BaseCamp doesn't read it is because there are too many newlines in the original waypoints.gpx file. We are working on a fix for that.
