mapinstall wizard doesn't come up

basecamp recognizes my e-trex legend h... but mapinstall wizard doesn't come up on screen. any suggestions? :confused:

Just some thoughts here.
I use WinXP. My BaseCamp does not have MapInstall in it.
MapInstall is a separate program. It shows up in > Programs > Garmin > MapInstall.
Check > Control Panel > Add Remove Programs > It should show up as "Garmin MapInstall".
If not there then you need to install it.
