Map Legend for Basecamp?

Hi all,

I must be missing something obvious someplace but I can not find a map legend for Basecamp. Can someone let me know where to find it or If there is no map legend...why not!?!

I've never felt the need for one. Whenever you hover your cursor over an item it will give you a descriptive label.

Thanks for the replies. The legend in the link is an antique for sure but thanks for pointing me to it! Not much in the basecamp maps looks much like anything in that legend.

Depends what maps you're looking at :)

Also depends on what generation the Garmin map is, and whether it's by Garmin or a "third party". Third party maps may use customized TYP files.

I too was looking for the legend.
I have a map that has a bright pink area that does not have anything unique noted when you hover over it.
Any ideas?

It fine that you do not need a legend. That does not help answer the question. A map without a legend is worthless. Hovering over an item seldom works. For a company that sells maps without a legend it is a crime.
