Route transfer to Nuvi 1440

Hi all,

Sorry if this has been posted before but I did do a search and could find lots of people with similar issues but not exactly the same.

I have created some routes in BaseCamp and I have tried to send them to my Nuvi 1440, it appears to show in the All Data folder after the transfer but when I eject the device there are no Routes under the routes icon and when I plug the device back in the route is no longer showing under “All data“.

Can I transfer routes to this device and if so it there a trick to it?

Having 'sent' them to your nuvi you need to go to Tools>My data>Import routes and import them ;)

Thanks for the reply however I still have a problem.

When I select the route to import it says “Calculating ?%”, it gets to 99% and turns off, has anyone see this before?

Try resending the route, file could be corrupt. Also ensure your software is up to date.

I reapplied the same version that was installed and now my routes import ok.
