So spent a great weekend out developing better information for an offroad trail system in Southern Colorado...and came up with a few questions.
I can take a picture of a trail sign or the location of an unmarked trail split.
Then I can also put a waypoint there quickly.
When back in camp, I want to edit the information. So I go to Waypoint Manager on my Rino665t:
I can change the name of my quick waypoint to something pertinent.
I can change the photo and use the one I took at that location.
I can change the symbol to what I want
And I can add a comment that explains the waypoint.
But...how do I view those in BaseCamp?
On the other hand, I can add the picture to the waypoint properties in Basecamp, I can type in a "note" that explains the waypoint.
But when I send that waypoint to the Rino for the next days travels, how do I view the comment? All I can seem to do in Waypoint Manager is "Change Comment"...which doesn't show much of the note, and I can't seem to look at the whole note.
