Hi. I'm quite new to Basecamp (have been using Memory Map previously) so have just got my head around Basecamp's "Lists" structure and applying the "Draw Order" to maps to get maps to display in priority over the top of other maps.
I'm using Basecamp 3.3.3 with a GPSmap 62s which came with the Great Britain OS 1:50k map on a microSD card. I've also purchased some areas of Birdseye Select OS 1:25k maps and these are working fine on the PC and on the 62s. I then downloaded the free 1:25k background map (which comes as hundreds of square jpegs) and got my Birdseye 1:25k maps to show over the background map on the PC. Now for my quieries . . .
1. The road number labels of the Global Basemap still show on top of all other maps even though the quality setting of the Global Basemap is set to lowest. Can I turn this off?
2. Can I combine the OS 1:25k Background jpegs into one map and can I transfer this or sections of it to my 62s so I can use that instead of the installed Global Map?
3. Can I combine my adjacent areas of purchased Birdseye maps into one map?
4. Is it possible/legal to get the OS 1:50k map from the microSD card onto the PC so I can view it without having the 62s connected?
