Running BC 3.3.3 for PC (Win7 64bit on a laptop), I find that the keyboard shortcuts (h,z,m, etc.) to change tools often don't work. There seem to be times when I can change back and forth, and other times not. Same for using + and - keys for zooming.
Is there any rhyme or reason to using the shortcuts correctly or is it just bugs?
