Locking toolbars

using, BaseCamp 3.3.3, how do I lock the toolbars so they don't randomly move around?

I have also noticed the same issue when using version 3.3.2

That will be addressed in a future release.

My problem with toolbars is that i don't want some of them (like the "find" one) when i use the program so i close it but when i re-open the program (basecamp) they reappear. is there a way to see only the toolbars i want?

The find toolbar re-appearing is a bug. It has been fixed (unfortunately not in 3.3.3.) and will be available in a future release.
