If by Multiuser you mean the three of you accessing the database from different locations/computers at the same time, BaseCamp currently does not support that.
There is a way to make the database files accessible from multiple computers using Dropbox however. If you search on this Forum for "Dropbox" you will find the info on how to set up your computers to accomplish this. BUT, you will most likely find that this method is not what you wanted since only ONE computer can open the database at a time without the potential of corrupting the database files.
