Basecamp Find request

Sorry for being a pest but with the new Montana I'm just started using Basecamp.

Can we have an option to do a simple find of a city/address without having to pan the map over to the general location first? For example, If I'm centered over Charlotte, NC and I'm looking for some small town in Iowa I don't want to have to scroll around Iowa looking to put the town near the center of the map. I've already found it!

In the near box, instead of using one of the standard drop down selections (center of map / center of selection) just start typing the name of the city. As you type Basecamp will show cites that match what you are typing. Select the correct city and the map will automatically center on it. No need to scroll
  • Thanks. Can't believe I missed that. It's even in the help. Oh well, never mind.
Perhaps there should be a prompt string in a third down down selection for Cities?
