Can I import a route created using BaseCamp 3.2.2, into BaseCamp 3.3.1 and send it to a Nuvi 2555LMT without any problems?

Thanks for the help

Recalculating the route with 3.3.1 with the correct map (the same one that's on the Nuvi) might be a good thing to do in order to increase chances of success.

But if the route from 3.2.2 worked with the Nuvi, it should work in 3.3.1 as well.

I didn't have any success at importing routes and re-calculating them.

I imported a route that was created in BC 3.2.2 (it was also edited there) and then recalculated it in BC 3.3.1 it would send ok to nuvi (showed a green check mark on "Internal Storage". But when I opened Nuvi "Trip Planner" an hourglass icon would be rotating on the screen.

If I sent say two routes (one created in BC 3.3.1 and the other one created in BC 3.2.2 and imported into BC 3.3.1) The "Nuvi "Trip Planner" would show the route created in BC 3.3.1 ok but not the imported route.

    That is very odd.

Could you attach a file with the 3.2.2 route before importing to 3.3.1? Please also let me know which map you used to create the 3.2.2 route and which map you used on 3.3.1 to recalculate.

I will try to do that.
The file "BC3-2-2 home to menards" was created using map NT 2012.30
The file "BC3-3-1 home to Menards" is the resulting file after it was imported and then recalculated using map 2012.40

    Rename files to "gpx"

Does the hourglass thing only happen in MTP mode or also when you run it in MassStorage?

My testing showed that it only happened in "MTP" mode. I did not see any issues when in mass storage during my testing. I can't remember if during the past (when I did not keep records of settings) if this happened as I did change back an forth between modes.
