Birdseye Help for a Newbie

Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone could help with a birdseye select uk problem I have created for myself.

I have recently downloaded basecamp and purchased an etrex 30 and 2xbirdseye select cards and would like to use my birdseye to download the area within the Brecon Beacons National Park.

So is there away of acurately overlying the park boundary using any other sort of mapping that I can import for free, as I don't really want to waste titles going outside the boundary, and am struggling to do this accuratley just using the basic road map on basecamp.

Now Sorted

Just if anyone else has this problem suggest they use an alternative mapping program that uses os mapping (I used memory map) to create a gpx file of the area you need import it into basecamp and then use the freestyle tool to update your birdseye :) cant say i'm over impressed with the quaility of the 1:25k mapping birdseye provides think other products still are a long way ahead.
