How/Can you sync waypoints with BaseCamp?

I've just started using BaseCamp with a Montana 600 and after importing waypoints from my iQue3600 and adding new ones from a trip, I have ended up with 872 waypoints on the Montana and 871 in BaseCamp.

Is there a way to auto sync the Montana to BaseCamp similar to the Hotsync from the iQue to Mapsource?

There is currently no "sync" feature in BaseCamp. Might be a good Feature to request.
