This may seem ridiculously simple but can you tell me where the tracks etc I can create/see/manage in Basecamp are stored? I have searched my computer and cannot find a user dater type folder with them in.
I know I can back up the files and create a folder with the duplicates but where are the originals stored?

Type (or copy/paste) %APPDATA%\Garmin\BaseCamp in your Windows File Explorer and hit ENTER.

It will take you to where BaseCamp stores your user data.

BaseCamp's backup function backs up that folder.

Okay I admit the answer %APPDATA%\Garmin\BaseCamp in Window File Explorer - has left me wondering how to do this? I have no idea?

Just paste it into the address bar at the top of Windows Explorer.

If you are running Vista just click on Computer and when the Windows Explorer window opens you will see the word "Computer" in the address bar. Just paste "%APPDATA%\Garmin\BaseCamp" right on top of it.
