Can someone please direct me to where I can obtain play-by-play (step-by-step) information on how to load my BirdsEye paid subscription downloaded images to my 450T?

I also have a layer for locating oil fields in Western Canada called OilTrax NT.

I have downloaded via BaseCamp (latest version) 3 maps of various areas of Edmonton (west side) in "Highest" from Birdseye. Before the download, I selected the area of Edmonton I wish to have placed on my 450T. I adjusted the area size to 232MB (the present download limit) for the image size, and proceeded. BaseCamp Wizard also showed a box where I could download the image to my DEVICE upon completion of the download. In the status box that come up in the lower R/H of the computer, which shows how many images are to be downloaded (15,211), it now shows:

Image Name: Edmonton WEM
Number of images: 15,211
Download completed: 15,211
Download failed: 0
Date downloaded: 11/15/2011 9:59:44PM
Area Coverage: 204 sq km
Detail Level: Highest
Product: BirdsEye Satellite Imagery
Draw Order: 100 (I believe this is the order of layering?I have this at 100, it was defaulted at 30)

All 3 BirdsEye images are loaded in BaseCamp, OilTrax NT is also layered in BaseCamp as well.

When I went to TOOLS/INSTALL MAPS, something in the background was working and installed something onto my Garmin Oregon 450T. I see the BASIC map with an overlay of Oil Trax NT (I Believe). The 450T now shows more streets than before (compared with another 450T). There is no satellite imagery on the 450T.

In fact from the get-go, I have yet to see a TOPO map on the 450T!!! It is just a basic 2D map as basic as basic gets. I have seen many images online of the topo maps on a 450T, but not on my unit!

Any assistance is greatly appreciated. If you require further information, please ask!
