I'm using a HP Pavilion dv6 laptop with Windows 7 x64 installed. When BaseCamp was upgraded to 3.2.2, the new version could not connect to Birdseye servers. When I use my device (Garmin Oregon 300) on other computers, BaseCamp works fine. Furthermore I noticed that, the program cannot access the maps installed on my device while other computers can.
My older pavilion laptop (whose hardware and software also works fine) cannot either access maps or Birdseye server.
I formatted my computer twice, reinstalled Windows 7 with all updates but nothing changes. Computer has no hardware/driver/software problem and when 3.0.1 is installed, Birdseye works well.
So is it possible that, 3.2.2 has some bug that makes it malfunction on some device configurations?
Thanks
