Just so you all at Garmin know: I just downloaded BaseCamp, and the search function in the help menu does not seem to work. Any term (route, track, waypoint, measure, ect.) that I search for comes back as "No Topics Found".

Up here in the Great White North it's high school grades that determine your eligibility for university entrance. Why the extra testing in the US? High school grades not to be trusted? Government make-work project? :D

    ...ken...

+1 on the HS Grade distrust along with a bow to equal opportunity. It used to be a really good thing before it became big business and twisted by the academic bureaucracy (College is the new High School).

Its been around a long time. Back in 1960 my guidance counselor offered to lend me the $25 or so dollars (we were poor) to take the test promising me that if I did he could get me a full scholarship to Villanova University. Didn't take him up on it and ending up doing it the hard way - military service for 8 years, work then school.

Now, back to our regularly scheduled programming... :>)

Actually I'm the one to blame for hauling this way off topic with my critique on punctuation. If it doesn't get out of hand it's not a bad thing to have the occasional sidetrack, I think. Keeps this place from getting dull and boring. :D
